If ganyan ang case try to verify it first, then tell the teller or Service Officer in window's to check first because of previous result which resulted to negative issuance of SECPA, this is the common way to verify if may correction ang documents e.g "Court Order, Legitimation, RA 9048. etc..

If you have the BREN of that particular record it is 95% positive that we can give a copy of requested vital documents.
BREN is like a coded birth certificate converted into unique numbers among Filipino Birth record. so impossibleng may kapareho.

ah ok po sir marl,paano po kong may bren # pero ganun parin po,ok lang sana kong may xerox ng nakuha nilang secpa po pero paano kong wala po tlga sir..siguro query muna bago file sir?

When it comes to 2nd or 3rd request of secpa, then after requesting you got a negative result, I would suggest present the old photocopy of SECPA, for best result if you got receipt mas maganda.

Reason bakit may situation na ganyan:

Malabo ang Original File from us.
and mali ang details.

Solution:

If may case na ganyan look for the BREN: (Birth Refrerrence Number) loacated in CENTER BOTTOM of SECPA. its like plate number of every birth certificate.

concern about travel agent accredited sa NSO parin po,bakit ganun po nag kuha kami ng NSO thru travel agent naka kuha na kami dati ng birth secpa na po un tpos ngaun pina kuha namin sa travel agent bat negative ang friend ko diba kong may record na po dpat makita na nyo ung image po ng birth namin,kaylangan pa ba ng xerox ng birth namin para makita po?paano po kong wala kaming xerox hayaan na lng na negative un..hdi pala un makita kaagad ng taga tingin po?dpat po diba automatic makita na kong nakakuha na po dati po?

salamat po sa pagsagot ng mga comment namin na mga client nyo po,pro sana ung naka asign sa mga travel agency jan sa NSO po ayosin nila para hdi mapagalitan ang mga travel agencies na accredite sa nyo po..kasi ang mga travel agency po kasi ang maipit sa mga delayed release sir lalot hdi maka intindi ang client nila bkit ganun ang rason..wag silang maging oa sana..kasi sinisira nila ang travel agency sa mga gngawa nila.. biggrin biggrin

All problem, suggestions, and Issues are all noted and look onto to for possible future sulotion.
Pag dating sa travel agency its a different story again,...

Yup tama sila sometimes minsan matagal ang release, Hindi naman siguro tamad!
Our practice is, If wala pa or may problema ang request explain why and when pwede makuha and requested document.

As of now marami ang accredited sa NSO lost count na ako.
Travel Agencie's here in Davao - Specially those who are accredited to NSO to process vital doc, most of the time submit in batch
which is automatically processes by Cashier and Query tapos for print of 1 or 2 personnel.

20 out 2 requested documents I'am sure they are few delay due to technical or search issues, again this is just to set you some clear example.

pero may iba nga jan demanding masyado kasi may kilala akong nag work ng travel agency na accredite sa nyo dami sila pending sila napapagalitan ng client nila kasi expect nila makuha kaagad kasi nga travel agency pero naabotan pa ng ilang days bago na release..dami sinasabi ng taga release tamad lang mag hanap..wag naman ganyan kasi ung mga taga travel agency ang masira sa client nila..sana magawan yan ng paraan..

Other reasons involves as follows:
Printer Error
Network Error - kumbaga internet ba na putol ang linya.
Brownout
* Sa kadaghan sa naga request.
Og mura pud og Banko Offline pud na sila.

Kana pa sila gusto nila na marelease dayon ang document nga gi request karong adlawa para ugma lain na pud.

bakit ganyan yang ibang taga NSO pinag bibigyan sa mga request nila pro hdi nman nila ginagawa ng maayos ang work nila..daming sinasabi para hdi kaagad makuha ang release ng client.. angry wink

Big improvement and fast transaction, I was expecting to get my CERNOMAR in a couple of months because thats what people told me but In my shock they can now release it in a couple of days, Big Thanks for NSO personnel.
